Although most new buildings are being designed to incorporate high-tech security features, we find that existing buildings, (domestic or commercial) with ground level windows, garage door handles and/or glass doors are easy targets for opportunist burglars. Steel or aluminium shutters, automatic garage doors and heavy industrial doors are excellent deterrents in addition to providing increased privacy and improved heat and sound insulation.

AGD Shutters Ltd can supply to the Trade 0 - 4 hour rated fire shutters complete with control descent motors with solenoid release unit and fuse link back up, pre-wired with single phase or 3 phase motors complete with push button stations.
Test No. Warres 61083, the test performed in accordance with Clause 8 of BS 476: Part 22: 1987.
The results obtained were as follows:
